Rx 570 stuck at 300 mhz. I just happen to also experience it now.

Rx 570 stuck at 300 mhz. I came across a reference to a 300MHz glitch. If I boot up a game real quick it still is stuck at 300 MHz. The fix? Disable the GPU via the device manager and then re-enable it. EDIT: And yes during gamig I can see MAJOR performance degredation. Based on a few quick googles, this seems to have been an issue for years across generations. I just happen to also experience it now. As in all monitoring software, during idle and gaming shows it maxed out at 300Mhz. Basically the GPU gets stuck in idle speed for no apparent reason.
